JSC SEC Atyrau, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V "On Combating Corruption" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), takes measures to prevent corruption, including minimizing the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of corruption offenses, by:

1) the establishment of organizational and legal mechanisms that ensure accountability, accountability and transparency of decision-making procedures;

An Anti-Corruption Compliance Service has been established in JSC SEC Atyrau (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The main task of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service is to ensure that the Company and its employees comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption. The Anti-Corruption Compliance Service, in accordance with the established procedure, implements preventive measures aimed at implementing the state anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Company.

One of the parts of the comprehensive anti-corruption program implemented by the Company in accordance with the Law is the Anti-Corruption Policy of JSC SEC Atyrau.

When interacting with Counterparties, attention is paid to how Counterparties conduct their business relationships on a fair and honest basis, take care of their own reputation, demonstrate support for high ethical standards in conducting business, and implement their own anti-corruption measures.
