Information on the Program "Employment Roadmap 2020" and "Development of single-industry towns for 2011-2020"

В период с 2011 по 2014 годы согласно Положению Правительства РК от 18 июля 2011 года №819 в Атырауской области по программе «Дорожная карта занятости — 2020» и после окончания РК от 02 августа 2013 года №768 по программе «Развитие моногородов на 2011-2020 годы» уполномоченной организацией по предоставлению микрокредитов АО «НК «СПК «Атырау " профинансировано 92 кредитных товаров на общую сумму 2 860 300 000 тенге. 2 860 300 000 тенге.

The total amount of loans issued by Atyrau city and districts: 

• Atyrau city allocated – 1,205.0 million tenge;
• Zhylyoysky district allocated – 285.9 million tenge;
• Makat district allocated – 110.0 million tenge;
• Makhambet district allocated – 176.0 million tenge;
• Indersky district allocated – 202.0 million tenge;
• Isatai district allocated – 249.0 million tenge;
• Kyzylkoginsky district allocated – 222.4 million tenge;
• Kurmangazinsky district allocated – 410.0 million tenge;

As a result of the Program, 1,129 residents of the village opened their businesses, 849 new jobs were additionally created.

The participants of the Program used credit funds in the following areas:

Agro-industrial complex (plant growing and animal husbandry, opening greenhouses, poultry breeding and opening poultry farms, rabbit breeding, purchase of equipment for forage harvesting);

 Food industry (food production, bakery production, confectionery production, meat production);

Light industry (textile production, opening of sewing workshops and activities in the field of sewing products, furniture manufacturing);

Production of papers and paper products (opening of printing);

Transport services (organization of passenger transportation);

Accommodation and catering services (services for the organization of hotel business with accommodation and meals, catering, opening of canteens, restaurants, cafeterias, teahouses);

Healthcare and Pharmaceutical services (healthcare activities, pharmaceutical services and pharmacy openings);

Other types of services (opening of shoe workshops, opening of washing and drying shops, laundry and dry cleaning services, opening of hairdressers and beauty salons, opening of baths, opening of car maintenance points and service stations).

Since 2015, the regional branch of JSC Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture has been identified as a single operator for the provision of microcredits within the framework of the Employment Roadmap 2020 program.
