Participation in an investment project through the entry of the SEC into the shareholders, participants of a legal entity (creation of a joint venture and purchase of a share in the authorized capital).
Joint activities
Participation in an investment project without creating a joint venture (consortium) for licensed activities (activities requiring permission from an authorized body).
Other
Participation in an investment project under other mechanisms that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the SEC Development Concept and the Charter.
