The collateral value of the property offered as collateral is determined using liquidity coefficients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loan terms and conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The loan term is up to 10 (ten) years.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum loan amount is no more than 4 (four) billion tenge;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nominal interest rate is no more than 2.5 (two and a half) percent per annum.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the loan is to implement projects aimed at creating new or expanding existing vegetable storages (from 1,000 tons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grace period for repayment of the principal debt is no more than 24 (twenty-four) months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional requirements for the implementation of projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability of existing facilities (for expansion and\/or modernization) or availability of a land plot with the necessary infrastructure for the construction of a new facility (with the appropriate purpose;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>* For leased lands, the remaining lease term must exceed the loan term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and estimate documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>List of documents provided by potential borrowers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The list of documents required for the analysis of the project for legal entities<\/strong><strong> and individual entrepreneurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loan application;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Application for a loan from the akim of the district;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The decision of the founders \/ founder to apply to JSC SEC Atyrau for the purpose of implementing the project and\/or to raise borrowed funds for the implementation of the project, including from SEC, to provide collateral with the right to out-of-court implementation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A copy of the identity card of the head \/ founder (for foreign citizens or stateless persons \u2013 a copy of the passport with registration with the Migration police, or a copy of the residence permit);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. The decision of the authorized body of the Applicant on the appointment (election) of the first head;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The order on the appointment of the Applicant's first supervisor (indicating the date of taking office);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A copy of the chief accountant's identity card (for foreign citizens or stateless persons \u2013 a copy of the passport with registration in the WMD, or a copy of the residence permit);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Order of appointment to the position of the Applicant's Chief Accountant;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing information about all registration actions of a legal entity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Powers of attorney for those who have the right to sign documents related to financing and\/or who have the right to make decisions on the administrative and economic activities of a legal entity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Confirmation of the absence (presence) of the Applicant's debts on mandatory payments to the budget (Reconciliation report with the tax authority), issued by the tax authority(s) at the place of registration as a taxpayer, as of the date of filing the application with JSC SEC Atyrau;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. A copy of the tax returns in the forms 100.00 and 910.00 with appendices and a mark of the tax authority on acceptance for the last 12 months;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.
